After orchestrating a brilliant escape from an Estonian mental institution, Esther is able to travel to America posing as the missing daughter of a wealthy family. An unexpected twist occurs that pits her against a mother who will protect her family from her murderous “boy” at all costs. The question is whether this family will make it out alive.

The talented actress who played Esther/Leena Klammer in the first film will reprise her role in Orphan: First Kill. Isabelle Fuhrman will be joined by actors Julia Stiles, Rossif Sutherland and Matthew Finlan.

In the American psychological horror film Orphan: First Kill (2022), Isabelle Fuhrman plays Leena Klammer, a woman who disguises herself as a girl named Esther to escape Estonia.

She is “reunited” with her mother, but her mother quickly realizes that something is wrong. She worries about her daughter. The protagonist, Esther, escapes from a psychiatric hospital in Estonia and travels to the United States by making up a story that she is the daughter of the lost heiress. However, the unexpected turn of events confronts him with a very overprotective mother.
